IMPORTANT: Please be aware that once your baby is born and added to your insurance policy, your annual deductible may increase to a Family Deductible. Please check with your insurance company PRIOR to your baby’s birth to see if your deductible will increase, and by how much, so that can be calculated into your payment.
When applying for Pregnancy Medicaid benefits, please select the STAYWELL Medicaid Managed Care Plan.
Self-Pay & Health Care Sharing Plans:
Clients without insurance coverage can pay for services by cash, check or credit card (except American Express) and will have the option of setting up a monthly payment plan. Those with health care sharing plan memberships (for example, MediShare, Liberty HealthShare) may also be accepted for care.
