1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup honey or Maple Syrup (grade A or B is optimal)
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda (optional)
1-2 calcium tablets crushed in blender
Add enough water to make one quart. Optionally, you can add an additional eight ounces of water for a milder flavor, or you can flavor this blend with your favorite juice.
