- Administrative Fee (due at the first prenatal appointment) – $225
- Childbirth Prep Course (due at the first class in the series) – $175
Optional fees not paid for by insurance plans or Medicaid and which must be prepaid:
- Nitrous Oxide (due at 36 wks) – $300
- Cord Blood & Tissue Banking Collection ( due at 36 wks) – Varies by banking company

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that once your baby is born and added to your insurance policy, your annual deductible may increase to a Family Deductible. Please check with your insurance company PRIOR to your baby’s birth to see if your deductible will increase, and by how much, so that can be calculated into your payment.
When applying for Pregnancy Medicaid benefits, please select the STAYWELL Medicaid Managed Care Plan. Other managed care plans may require advance authorization before establishing care.
Self-Pay & Health Care Sharing Plans:
Clients without insurance coverage can pay for services by cash, check or credit card (except American Express) and will have the option of setting up a monthly payment plan. For those with health care sharing plan memberships (for example, MediShare, Samaritan Ministries, Liberty HealthShare) the financial arrangements will be individually arranged based on the benefit plan.
